Vidya Bhushan, born on December 10, 1979, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Statistics from Delhi University and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a deemed university. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Joint Magistrate, District Magistrate, Officer on Special Duty, and Additional Commissioner. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from March 3, 2017, to March 2, 2021.
