Vibhu, born on 20 June 1984, is a 2012 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the West Bengal cadre. He is currently serving as State Project Director, Sarba Siksha Mission, West Bengal since 7 March 2026. He holds a B.E. in Electronics from SVNIT Surat and an M.A. in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Vibhu has previously held positions including Director, Chief Executive Officer, District Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate, Executive Magistrate, and Assistant Collector and Magistrate. He is a recipient of the National Award for Excellence in Namami Gange Category (Sanitation). He knows English, Hindi, and Bengali.
