Vibhu, born on 20 June 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics from SVNIT Surat and an M.A. in Human Resource Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Currently, he serves as the State Project Director at Sarba Siksha Mission, West Bengal, since March 7, 2026. His previous roles include Chief Executive Officer, District Magistrate, Assistant Collector and Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate, Executive Magistrate, and Director. He has received the National Award for Excellence in the Namami Gange Category (Sanitation). He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
