Vibhu, born on June 20, 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics from SVNIT Surat and an M.A. in Human Resource Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Currently, he serves as the State Project Director at Sarba Siksha Mission, West Bengal, a position he has held since March 7, 2026. Vibhu has previously held the position of Director. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Bengali. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
