Vibha Chahal, born on 19 August 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Medicine from the University of Delhi. Currently, she serves as Director at the Department of Food and Public Distribution, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, New Delhi, since 7 January 2026. Her previous roles include Joint Magistrate, Private Secretary to Minister and Minister of State, Additional Director, District Magistrate, Officer on Special Duty, and Sub Divisional Magistrate. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
