Venktesh Bahadur Singh, born on April 6, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he has held several key positions including Vice Chairman, District Collector and Magistrate, Special Secretary, and District Magistrate. His most recent status was under suspension from May 13, 2007, to April 30, 2009. Throughout his career, Singh served in various administrative capacities within the Uttar Pradesh cadre.
