Venkatesh Dhotre, born on November 30, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has held the position of Collector and District Magistrate. Currently, he is the Special Secretary in the Education Department of Telangana, a role he assumed on January 19, 2026. Mr. Dhotre continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
