Venkataramani Bhaskar, born on 13 September 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds postgraduate degrees in Physics and Public Administration, along with a Diploma in Russian. Throughout his career, Bhaskar served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Chief Electoral Officer, Commissioner, Director, Managing Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent role was Principal Secretary in the Finance Department from 14 June 2011 to 30 September 2013. His extensive service record reflects a diverse administrative experience across multiple departments and responsibilities.
