Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including District Collector, Commissioner, Secretary, Managing Director, Principal Secretary to Governor, and Chairman. Her most recent position was Chief Secretary to Government at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2024. She contributed to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in multiple roles before retiring from service.
