Veena N Madhavan, born on April 14, 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 Kerala cadre. She holds a B.A. and M.A. from Kerala University and an M.Phil. from JNU New Delhi. Currently, she serves as the Special Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, Kerala, since August 30, 2024. Her previous roles include Joint Commissioner, Sub Collector, and Assistant Collector. Veena is proficient in English, Malayalam, and Tamil. She continues to serve in the IAS with a focus on administrative reforms within the Kerala government.
