Varsha Joshi, born on July 9, 1971, is a 1995 batch IAS officer of the A G M U T cadre. She holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Physics. Currently, she serves as Additional Secretary in the Department of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, New Delhi, since December 6, 2021. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Joint Secretary, Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, Secretary, Principal Secretary, Director, Additional Commissioner, Additional CEO, Deputy Commissioner, CEO, and SDO. She is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
