Over his distinguished career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Assistant Collector, Managing Director, Commissioner, Secretary, Principal Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, and Vice Chairman & Managing Director. His most recent position was Chief Secretary to the Government of Gujarat in the General Administration Department from January 31, 2013, to October 31, 2014.
