Vandita Sharma, an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 Karnataka cadre, was born on November 10, 1963. She holds a graduate degree in Sociology and a postgraduate degree in English. Throughout her career, she has held numerous positions including Additional Chief Secretary, Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor, Managing Director, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Project Administrator, Mission Director, India Country Director, Deputy Commissioner, and Assistant Commissioner. Her most recent role was Chief Secretary to Government in the Coordination Department from May 31, 2022, to November 30, 2023. She is now retired from service.
