Principal Secretary, Industry, Commerce and Enterprises
Vandana Yadav, born on 10 February 1972, is a 1998 batch IAS officer of the West Bengal cadre. She holds a B.A. and M.A. and is proficient in English and Hindi. Currently, she serves as the Principal Secretary in the Department of Industry, Commerce and Enterprises since 7 March 2026. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Assistant Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Secretary, Managing Director, Special Secretary, Additional District Magistrate, and Principal Secretary to Government. She has also served as Personal Secretary to Ministers and Officer on Special Duty to a Minister. She continues to be in service.
