Vandana Kini, born on 15 June 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Bihar cadre. She holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration, a postgraduate degree in Economics, and a graduate degree in Hindi. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Divisional Commissioner, Secretary, Principal Secretary, and Additional Chief Secretary in the Labour Department from 6 May 2021 to 2 May 2022. Her extensive experience also includes roles such as Commissioner, Chairman and Managing Director, Project Coordinator, Deputy Commissioner, Administrator, Joint Secretary, and Assistant Commissioner.
