Vandana, born on April 4, 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, serving in the Uttarakhand cadre. She holds a B.A. Honours degree in Sanskrit from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Vandana has held positions including Assistant Secretary and District Magistrate. Currently, she is the Director General at the Horticulture Department, Uttarakhand, a role she has occupied since October 12, 2025. She is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
