Vaibhava Srivastava, born on 16 December 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2018 batch, allotted to the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology and Karnataka University College. Currently, he serves as the Collector and District Magistrate of Chapra, Bihar, a position he has held since 10 December 2025. Prior to this, he has held the position of Director. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
