Vaibhava Srivastava, born on 16 December 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology and Karnataka University College. Currently, he serves as the Collector & District Magistrate at Chapra, Bihar, a position he has held since 10 December 2025. Prior to this role, he worked as a Director. He continues to be in service, contributing to the administrative functions of the Bihar government.
