Vaibhav Srivastava, born on July 1, 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. in History and is proficient in Hindi. Currently, he serves as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since October 28, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Assistant Magistrate, Special Secretary, District Collector, Vice Chairman, Additional District Magistrate, OSD to Chief Secretary, Under Secretary, Sub Divisional Officer, Executive Magistrate, and Secretary. He continues to serve in the IAS.
