Vaibhav Dasu Waghmare, born on April 8, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 Maharashtra cadre. He holds dual B.Tech degrees in Computer Science and Information Technology from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, and an LL.M. in Criminal Laws from National Law University, Delhi. Waghmare has served as Assistant Magistrate & Assistant Collector, Supernumerary Assistant Collector, and Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad. Since July 10, 2025, he has been serving as the Additional Development Commissioner at the Directorate of Industries, Maharashtra. He is currently in service.
