Director General, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department
V Usha Rani, born on 24 November 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 Andhra Pradesh cadre. She holds a graduate degree and an M.Sc. in Agriculture from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Personnel Management from Kakatiya University. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Director General, Commissioner, Director, District Collector and Magistrate, and Additional Commissioner. Her most recent position was Director General in the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, commencing on 31 July 2015.
