V. Shobana, born on 24 February 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. She holds an M.A. degree and has served in various capacities including Managing Director, Secretary, and Controller of Examinations. Currently, she is the Commissioner at Chennai in the Department of Stationery and Printing, a position she assumed on 16 October 2023. Ms. Shobana continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Tamil Nadu.
