V Saravana Kumar, born on 30 July 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2006 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.E. and M.A. from Madurai Kamaj University. Currently, he serves as Secretary & Commissioner at Rajasthan since 4 March 2024, within the Ministry of Science and Technology, Department of Science and Technology. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Commissioner, Secretary, Secretary to Government, Director, Member Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, Additional Commissioner, and District Collector. He is proficient in English and Tamil and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
