V Saravana Kumar, born on 30 July 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 batch, Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.E. and an M.A. from Madurai Kamaj University. Currently, he serves as the Divisional Commissioner at Jaipur since 20 March 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Member Secretary, Commissioner, Secretary to Government, Director, Chief Executive Officer, Additional Commissioner, and District Collector. Proficient in English and Tamil, V Saravana Kumar continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Rajasthan.
