V Sanal Kumar, born on April 30, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 Kerala cadre. Over his career, he held various positions including Registrar and Joint Commissioner. His most recent role was Deputy Secretary, serving from January 1, 2013, to April 30, 2019.
