Over his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Secretary, CEO, Vice Chairperson, Transport Commissioner, District Collector, Director, Managing Director, Under Secretary, and Assistant Collector. His most recent designation was Principal Secretary in the Water Supply and Sanitation Department of Maharashtra. Dhumal’s extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership roles within the state government.
