V S Bute, born on 28 August 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch, Maharashtra cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities throughout his career, including District Collector, Additional Divisional Commissioner, and Managing Director. His most recent position was Additional Municipal Commissioner at the Municipal Corporation in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Throughout his tenure, he contributed to the administration and governance of the state before retiring from service.
