V Ramani, born on 10 April 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a graduate degree and postgraduate qualification in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Director, Additional Commissioner, Deputy Director General, Divisional Commissioner, District Collector, CEO, and SDO. His most recent position was Director General at Yashada, Pune, Maharashtra. Mr. Ramani's extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles within the state government, reflecting a comprehensive career in public service.
