V Ram Prasath Manohar, born on 14 May 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.V.Sc. & A.H. from Tamil Nadu Veterinary & Animal Sciences University, an M.V.Sc. from IVRI Bareilly, and an M.A. from IGNOU Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Bengaluru Water Supply and Sewerage Board, Karnataka, since 29 August 2024. His previous roles include Special Commissioner Director, Managing Director, Deputy Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Secretary, Assistant Commissioner, and Director. He is proficient in English and Tamil.
