V Rajaiah, born on April 21, 1936, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 batch of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics. During his career, he served in various capacities including Special Officer, Deputy Secretary, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was District Collector and Magistrate of Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, from March 1, 1991, to April 1, 1994.
