V P Malvania, born on 29 October 1931, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1976 batch of the Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, District Development Officer, Additional Director, and Deputy Director. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary in the Land Revenue department of Gujarat from March to October 1989.
