V N Shah, born on October 5, 1966, is a 2012 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Gujarat cadre. He holds degrees in LL.B. and B.E. Civil. Throughout his career, he has served as District Development Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Additional Collector. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary at the General Administration Department (NRI and ART) in Gandhinagar, a position he has held since February 6, 2025. Fluent in Gujarati, V N Shah continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
