V Manjula, born on 18 May 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 Karnataka cadre. She holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in Chemistry. Throughout her career, she has held numerous positions including Commissioner Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Director, Secretary, Commissioner, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, she served as Chairman Secretary at Bangalore, Karnataka, starting from 18 August 2023. She was associated with the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal during her service.
