V Manjula, born on 18 May 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 Karnataka cadre. She holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in Chemistry. Throughout her career, she served in numerous capacities including Director General Secretary Equivalent, Joint Commissioner, Director, Deputy Commissioner, General Manager, Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Commissioner, and Chairman and Managing Director. Most recently, she was appointed Chairman Secretary at Bangalore, Karnataka, from 18 August 2023, and was associated with the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal.
