V M Manohar Prasad, born on April 23, 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. Throughout his career, he held various positions including Under Secretary, Agril Production Commissioner, Managing Director, Executive Director, Director, District Collector and Magistrate, and Secretary to Commissioner. His most recent role was Secretary at the Andhra Pradesh State Seed Certification Authority from June 20, 2005, to July 31, 2006. Mr. Prasad served the Andhra Pradesh government in multiple capacities before retiring from service.
