He holds graduate degrees in Law and Mathematics, along with a postgraduate degree in Mathematics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Transport Commissioner, General Manager, Member Secretary, Managing Director, Municipal Commissioner, Director, Deputy Secretary, Secretary Deputy, District Collector, CEO, Assistant Collector, and SDO. His most recent position was Chairman and Managing Director at the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO).
