V. Lalsangliana, born on October 7, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and is currently the Secretary of the Sports and Youth, Tourism Department at Mizoram. Throughout his career, he has held key positions including Secretary to H.E. the Governor and Deputy Commissioner/District Magistrate. Mr. Lalsangliana continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration and governance of Mizoram.
