V Kiran Gopal, born on 24 September 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Bombay University and an M.P.A. in International Development from Harvard University. Currently, he serves as Director at the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi (since 19 January 2022). His previous roles include Deputy Secretary, Managing Director, Additional Managing Director, Mission Director, District Collector, General Manager, Chief Executive Officer, and Sub Divisional Officer. He is proficient in English and Telugu.
