V. Karuna, born on 26 July 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2004 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. She holds an M.Sc. and an M.Phil. Throughout her career, she has served as District Collector, Joint Collector, and Director. Currently, she is the Chief Executive Officer of the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP) and Ex Officio Secretary to the Government PR and RD Department, a position she assumed on 22 January 2025. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
