V K Singh, born on 12 October 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree and served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Additional Collector, and CEO. His most recent position was Additional Commissioner at Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, in the Department of Revenue from 23 July 2005 to 31 October 2008. Throughout his career, Singh contributed to the administrative framework of Madhya Pradesh until his retirement.
