V K Sharma, born on 10 February 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 Punjab cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Commissioner, Secretary, Director, Administrator, Special Secretary, Managing Director, Under Secretary, Examiner, and Financial Adviser. His most recent position was Commissioner from 9 September 2013 to 28 February 2015. He also held the role of Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. Throughout his career, Sharma contributed to multiple departments within the Punjab cadre before retiring from service.
