V K Dalela, born on 26 December 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Geology. Over his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, OSD to Minister, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister, District Collector, Secretary, Executive Director, and Commissioner. His most recent position was Excise Commissioner at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, from 1 June 1999 to 31 December 2001.
