V K Batham, born on June 5, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Commissioner, Secretary, Member, District Collector, Director, Additional Commissioner, Additional Secretary, and Deputy Secretary. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Department of Panchayati Raj, Madhya Pradesh, from February 20, 2017, to June 30, 2017. Mr. Batham holds a graduate degree and has contributed extensively to administrative roles throughout his career in Madhya Pradesh.
