V K Aggarwal, born on October 2, 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1973 Maharashtra cadre. He holds an M.Phil. in Social Sciences, a Diploma in Public Administration, and a postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Additional Commissioner, Secretary, Managing Director, Principal Secretary, and Development Commissioner. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the Planning Department of Maharashtra. Mr. Aggarwal’s extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the state government.
