V Iraianbu, born on 16 June 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Tamil Nadu cadre. A graduate in Agriculture, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Joint Secretary, Director, Commissioner, and Secretary across multiple departments. His most recent role was Chief Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu, serving from 7 May 2021 to 30 June 2023. He worked in the Administrative Reforms and Training, Pension, and Public Grievances Departments during his career. His extensive service reflects a broad administrative experience within the Tamil Nadu state government.
