V G Risbud, born on March 17, 1936, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics and a Diploma in Library Science. Throughout his career, Risbud served in various capacities, including Deputy Collector. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary at Gujarat in the Department of Finance, from June 1, 1983, to March 31, 1994.
