V. Dakshinamoorthy, born on 12 May 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds an M.A. degree and has served in various capacities including Managing Director, Director, District Collector, and Executive Director. Currently, he is the Managing Director at the Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board, Chennai, a position he has held since 16 June 2021. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Tamil Nadu.
