V Bhavani, born on December 4, 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 Kerala cadre. She holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities, including Additional Secretary, Additional Director, and Secretary. Her most recent position was Commissioner in the Rural Development Department, from June 22, 2005, to December 31, 2005. Throughout her career, she contributed to the administrative framework of Kerala until her retirement.
