Uttawal Rathore, born on April 1, 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, Rajasthan cadre. He served in the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) and held the position of Secretary at Jaipur, Rajasthan, starting from January 19, 2022. Throughout his career, Rathore contributed to the administrative framework of Rajasthan until his retirement.
