Uttam Kumar Patra, born on 14 September 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Currently serving as Secretary in the Youth Services and Sports Department since 6 November 2017, Patra has held the position of Secretary in the past as well. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
