Utsav Gautam, born on July 10, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Patna. Currently, he serves as the District Development Officer at Kachchh, Bhuj, a position he assumed on February 5, 2025. His previous roles include District Development Officer, Mission Director, Assistant Collector, and Supernumerary Assistant Collector. He has been recognized with the Best ERO Award. Utsav is proficient in Gujarati and continues to serve in the IAS.
