Utkarsh Ujjwal, born on January 3, 1998, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2023 batch, assigned to the Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Guwahati. Utkarsh has served as a Supernumerary Assistant Collector and is currently the Prant Officer at Nakhatrana, District Kutch, Gujarat, a position he has held since July 28, 2025. He is proficient in Gujarati and continues to serve in the IAS.
