Utkarsh Dwivedi, born on 17 September 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, assigned to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering. Currently, he serves as the Joint Magistrate at Sonbhadra, a position he assumed on 24 August 2024. Mr. Dwivedi continues to be in active service within the Indian Administrative Service.
