Usp Thakur, born on January 25, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Hindi. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Deputy Secretary, Director, Joint Secretary, and Additional Secretary in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department. His most recent position was Additional Secretary from September 1, 1992, to January 1, 1995.
