Usha Titus, born on January 30, 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Kerala cadre. She holds postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Medicine (P.G. Medicine, M.B.B.S.). Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including District Collector, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Special Secretary, Registrar, Deputy Secretary, and Resident Commissioner. Her most recent position was Principal Secretary to Government in the Higher Education Department from January 1, 2018, to June 30, 2018. She also held roles such as Chief Executive Officer, Director, Chairman, Secretary & Mission Director, General Manager, Sub Collector, Assistant Collector, and Joint Commissioner.
