Usha Titus, born on January 30, 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Kerala cadre. She holds postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Medicine (P.G. Medicine, M.B.B.S.). Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Principal Secretary to Government in the Higher Education Department from January 1 to June 30, 2018. Her extensive experience encompasses roles such as Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, Joint Secretary, Director, Chairman, Mission Director, Special Secretary, Registrar, Deputy Secretary, Joint Commissioner, District Collector, General Manager, Sub Collector, Assistant Collector, and Resident Commissioner.
